Managing Partner. Kevin is acknowledged by the Legal 500 to be an "extremely experienced" practitioner with specialist expertise in complex Fraud, Proceeds of Crime (POCA) and Confiscation proceedings. Whether appearing at the Magistrates, Crown Court or Court of Appeal, Kevin is an accomplished, passionate and technically precise advocate who achieves results.
Head of Prison Law. Jacky leads our nationally renowned Prison Law team, representing prisoners before parole hearings or similar tribunals. Recognised by the Legal 500 for her specialist expertise in Prison Law, Jacky has provided lectures on the subject to other practitioners. A gifted advocate who regularly appears before the Magistrates Court and Parole Board alike, Jacky is dynamic, eloquent and powerfully persuasive.
An experienced Magistrates and Crown Court advocate, Lee-Anne is a respected solicitor and recognised by the Legal 500, whether complex or straightforward. With her forensic attention to detail, Lee-Anne is accomplished in dealing with Fraud and POCA cases. With a particular interest in Animal Welfare cases, Lee-Anne is meticulous, persistent and empathetic.
Caroline is an invaluable member of the Prison Law Team, with a wealth of experience in representing prisoners throughout the United Kingdom. With particular expertise in Judicial Review proceedings, Caroline's technical knowledge is second to none. Appearing regularly at the Police Station and in front of the Parole Board or Magistrates Court, Caroline is astute, dedicated and articulate.
Pippa adds to our specialist Prison Law team, with a wealth of experience in representing prisoners both locally and nationally. Pippa has specific knowledge and expertise in Prison Recall cases, contributing to academic debate in publications including 'Inside Times'. With a particular flair for trial representation in the Youth Court, Pippa is patient, compassionate and intellectually sharp.
Steve is a key part of our Courts Martial team, as well as working within our Police Station, Magistrates and Crown Court teams. Dealing with all aspects of criminal advocacy at the Magistrates, Steve is also experienced in Court-Martial matters and a Higher Rights Advocate. Steve is experienced, dynamic and a strong advocate.
Nigel is an extremely experienced solicitor, with over 20 years post-qualification experience. He is a committed part of our Magistrates Court and Police Station teams, regularly appearing, and with considerable experience as a Magistrate Court trial advocate. Nigel is well-liked, approachable and charming.
As a qualified barrister, and member of our Police Station, Magistrates and Crown Court teams, Tabitha is an excellent advocate. She is a criminal defence specialist, and also regularly represents defendants at prison adjudications. Tabitha is passionate, committed and understanding of clients.
